If your order qualifies, you will also be invited to a private consultation appointment 4-6 months ahead of your wedding date.

HOW DO YOU MAKE THE SIGNS?

Everything is completely hand made and finished to your requirements, whether that be with hand written, vinyl, laser cut or wire detail. It all depends on the look and finish you are wanting to achieve but each piece is hand made for you. We work with our couples closely to design each piece, sending over sketches and ideas before the final signage is completed. Please feel free to share your Pinterest boards with us. We would love to see how you picture your wedding so that we can help make that a reality.

ARE THE ITEMS TO KEEP?

Yes. All of our pieces are created just for you and will be yours to keep. We do not have any products available for hire

IS THE INK PERMANENT?

Handwritten lettering is created with an acrylic paint - it will not easily wipe off like chalk paint would, but it is not weather proof either. 

The vinyl, laser cut and wire pieces are more resilient to the elements. 
HOW DO I CLEAN ACRYLIC PIECES?

We like to polish the back of the board (if unpainted) and then use the same cloth, that is very slightly damp from left over polish, to gently wipe over the front. You need to take great care with the lettering when doing this.

WHEN DO I NEED TO GET IN TOUCH TO CONFIRM FINAL DETAILS?

This will all be explained in your Welcome Pack, but if you qualify, we will be in touch with you to invite you to a private consultation appointment which will be held at our home in Aylsham, approx 4-6 months ahead of your wedding date. 

Final orders and payment are due three months before your wedding date, with the last details being provided (usually for table plans and order of the day) 4 weeks ahead of the big day

 

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE FOR A BESPOKE ORDER?

Your final invoice will be sent as soon as you have confirmed quantities of everything for your order, no later than three months ahead of your wedding date. Due to all of the pieces being handmade and personalised, we will not start an order until full payment has been received.

I GET MARRIED IN ONE MONTH! CAN I STILL ORDER?

As long as we have the materials and time available to allocate to your order, and to get all of the items to you, you can order as close to your wedding as you like! 

Having said that, we do not recommend this because orders that were placed through our booking process will take priority if they are not already completed.
