We can work to any colour scheme and offer a range of napkins in various materials and finishes. We love working with cotton, linen and polyester napkins. Depending on the style or colour required, there may be options available to you but we can help with that during the design process.
Wedding napkins can be embroidered using an existing wedding logo or monogram, individual names in your chosen font, or we can even create a bespoke design for you.

DESIGN & ORDER PROCESS
Once you’ve shared your initial ideas with us, we’ll create digital design proofs for you to review and refine.
Napkins are available in a range of colours with different hem finishes, and both the design and thread colours are completely bespoke, allowing each order to be tailored perfectly to your event or brand.
RELAX & ENJOY THE PROCESS
You’ll have the opportunity to make any adjustments before approving your final design, and embroidered samples can be ordered if you’d like to see and feel the finished result before committing to your full order.
Your order will be completed and ready for collection or dispatch, usually within 2 weeks.

Depending on the design required, your embroidered wedding napkin order will take from 2-4 weeks usually.
We will advise timescales and keep you up to date throughout the order process.
No, absolutely not! We can embroider a whole range of items including hoodies, jumpers and tote bags.
We are also happy to discuss custom requests such as suit jackets and bags.
Yes. We recommend washing your embroidered wedding napkins with a gentle, low temperature setting. You can then either tumble dry on a low heat or leave to dry.
Iron on the reverse side of the embroidery with a cloth underneath so as not to flatten the stitched detail.

We keep white and natural hemstitched napkins in stock, but order all of our coloured napkins in especially for you.
There is a huge range of colours available in a choice of matter too. We will try our best to show samples where possible.
Thread colour options for the embroidered detail are endless and each napkin can feature up to 7 different colours.
We really like you to have and see your napkins prior to the wedding day and will have your order complete and ready for collection/delivery approx 2-3 weeks ahead of your wedding date at the latest.
However, if you would like us to arrange delivery to your wedding venue, we can certainly look into that option for you.
