You will be the first to receive a booking link to arrange your personal creative design appointments once the dates have been released.
2025 WEDDING SIGNAGE TIMELINE
6 MONTHS - You will be invited to a private, creative design appointment 4-6 months ahead of your wedding date. Here we can sit and discuss all of your ideas and start looking to finalise the style and design. If you are unable to make the appointment, or live too far away, we also offer video call appointments too. At this stage, we collect a small booking fee which is of course deducted from your final invoice.
3 MONTHS - Your final order and payment is due no later than 3 months before your wedding date. Full payment is due at this point and once received, we will allocate all of the stock and materials to your order. We will then ask you to send any confirmed information and wording over to allow us to make a start on the less time sensitive pieces.
1 MONTH - This is the deadline for your final details, usually the table plan information which we always leave until last.
