The £50 booking fee will be collected at the bottom of the form. See below for what is included.

WHAT IS COVERED IN THE BOOKING FEE?

The £50 booking fee secures your wedding date in our diary and acts as a non-refundable deposit, which will be deducted from your final invoice.

You will be invited to a consultation day approx 4 months ahead of your wedding date. This will be an in person appointment at our studio in Aylsham, Norfolk. If you are unable to make the appointment, or live too far away, we also offer video call appointments too. 

TIMELINE & EXPECTATIONS

6 MONTHS - You will be invited to a private appointment 4-6 months ahead of your wedding date. Here we can sit and discuss all of your ideas and start looking to finalise the style and design. If you are unable to make the appointment, or live too far away, we also offer video call appointments too. 

3 MONTHS - Your final order and payment is due no later than 3 months before your wedding date. Full payment is due at this point and once received, we will allocate all of the stock and materials to your order. We will then ask you to send any confirmed information and wording over to allow us to make a start on the less time sensitive pieces. 

1 MONTH - This is the deadline for your final details, usually the table plan information which we always leave until last.
